Tenants Information

Moving in is easy. All you need to follow is 3 simple steps:
1. View the Room.
2. Pay a holding deposit of £100 to secure the room.
3. Complete the application form, and return to us, and we will process your application form in under 24 hours, though usually the same day.
To Move Out
1. Give us one month's written notice (as per your tenancy agreement) to our office address located on the contact us page.
2. Clean the room, and leave it in the same condition that you received it in (minus fair wear and tear) at the start of the tenancy agreement.
3. Give us your forwarding address so we can forward you a cheque for return of your deposit lodged with the compulsory government-backed scheme. Please note, that unfortunately it usually takes at least 14 days for the government deposit scheme to return your deposit to us, and we can only return it, once we have received it from them.
